Did you join a line at a shop?
You joined through Walk-In Waitlist, the walk-in waitlist the shop uses. Your place in line is on the page that opened when you joined, and in the link we texted you. To stop texts, reply STOP.
How do I join a line?
Scan the QR code at the shop. Type your first name, pick a person or Anyone, and add your mobile number if you want texts. No app and no account.
Where do I see my place in line?
On your status page. It shows how many people are ahead of you and a time range, and it updates on its own. When you get back to the shop, tap I'm here.
How do the texts work?
Only if you checked the box. You get at most 3 texts for the visit, for example when it's almost your turn. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
What if I'm late?
After the text, the shop holds your spot for a few minutes. If you don't make it, they may mark a no-show, and you get a link to join the line again.
Who decides the order?
The shop does. The estimate is a guide, not a promise, and the shop may call people in a different order.
What happens to my information?
The shop sees your first name and your place in line. We delete your phone number 30 days after the visit. Tap Delete my info on your status page to remove your name and number sooner. We never sell your data or use it for ads.
