What can Walk-In Waitlist do?
It runs a walk-in line with a lane for each team member plus Anyone, live on every device, and texts customers when it's almost their turn. It handles no-shows, shows today's numbers, and works in English and Spanish next to any booking app.
How is the line organized?
Lanes per team member
Customers pick someone or Anyone. Named customers are never called by someone else, and Anyone customers go to whoever frees up first.

Lanes plus Anyone, one shared line, or a lane per person only for booth or room rental.
Live on every device
The counter tablet, the owner's phone and each team member's phone show the same line, updated as it changes.
Add walk-ins by hand
For regulars who never scan: a name is enough, and the phone number is optional.
How do the texts work?
A "you joined" text with a link to their spot, when the wait is at least 15 minutes. You choose the minimum.
A "head back now" text when it's almost their turn.
After a no-show, a text with a link to join again.
At most 3 texts per visit, and only to customers who checked the box.
Every customer can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
What happens with no-shows?
Notify starts a countdown, 15 minutes unless you change it. When it ends, the card asks you: No-show or Wait 2 more min. Nothing is removed on its own, because you know when someone is parking.
What does the team see and control?
Breaks and days off
Set a team member on break until a time, or off for the day, and move their waiting customers to Anyone or someone else.
Today's numbers
Joined, served, waiting now, no-shows, left the line, average wait, called within the estimate and texts sent.
PIN lock
Lock Settings on a shared tablet with a PIN. The queue and Today stay open to everyone.
Hours and a full line
Open the line automatically at opening time, and set a maximum number of people waiting.
Does it work in English and Spanish?
Yes, everywhere: the join page, the status page, the texts and the staff screens. Customers switch with one tap, and each person on your team picks their own language.
